The processing is entirely manual both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinified in white, without maceration on the skins. It is fermented and then aged on noble lees in tonneau for 6 months, then another 6 months in steel before being bottled. The thermal excursion characteristic of the territory allows to obtain a wine in which the aromas are exalted, unique. In the mouth it is aromatic, fresh and clean.
