Our home-produced wines have a soul. And deep roots, in this unique territory. A characteristic microclimate, that of Repen: the strong thermal excursions favor the production of fragrant and savory wines. The minerality is given by the karst stone and by plants that have just 30cm of red earth before meeting the stone. The soil does not retain rainwater, resulting in higher quality and lower yields. We vinify exclusively native varieties: Vitovska, Malvazija and Teran. The processing in the vineyard is manual with integrated pest management certification and a holistic vision in respect of nature. In the cellar the interventions are minimal, we follow teachings handed down for generations, such as the traditional fermentation in open wooden vats. The yeasts are selected, the vinification takes place in steel and the aging in used wood.
